- Abolish regulations on mandatory fire prevention and fighting standards to comply with the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; At the same time, add specific regulations on the responsibilities of investors and consultants in the application of international standards, regional standards, and foreign standards on fire prevention and fighting systems and rescue to consistent and consistent with the Law on Regulations, Standards and other current laws.
- Abolish fire prevention regulations for 11 types of establishments such as fire prevention for industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech zones, in exploitation, processing, production, transportation, business, use, preserving petroleum products, gas, supplies, and other goods at risk of fire and explosion... Only general fire prevention regulations for establishments are prescribed because there are separate regulations in standards and regulations.
- Abolish regulations on fire prevention for forests as prescribed in the Forestry Law.
- Abolish regulations on Fire Prevention and Fighting Inspection because they are stipulated in the Law on Inspection
- Abolish regulations on temporary suspension and suspension of operations to comply with the provisions of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.
